Our surgery is located on ground level with one small step. Our toilet facilities are down a flight of stairs. We will be happy to arrange alternative services for certain disabilities that our premises do not suit.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an appointment we require, where possible, 24 hours notice. With late cancellations or missed appointments there may be a discretionary charge.

Emergencies
Dental emergencies are generally seen on the same day. Should you have an acute emergency outside normal practice hours we have arrangements in place for week day, evenings and weekends.
